It is an automation system running on passive devices called Pods, which are installed on the stations where you host your customers. The Pods allow to access a unique, multi-purpose web page to let the customers enjoy a truly immersive and technological experience. The atelier staff can monitor Pods' status through their dedicated dashboard.

How does the Pod work?
Contactless technology
The Pods are NFC devices which can get scanned using a smartphone. You'll just need to activate NFC from your settings, enabled by default on latest smartphones, and approach your phone to the Pod. It doesn't need any battery or power cable!
No fake requests
Whilst QR codes can be saved on your phone, shared and re-used, HBC Pods only allow access to atelier services to users physically able to scan them. This feature, combined with a session timeout, ensure that no fake requests can be sent through the system.

Subscriptions and services
When getting a Pod, you'll always be able to create a free account to enjoy all the Basic services. However, you'll be able to enhance your services offer by upgrading to a Premium account! Subscription cost is yearly, and covers all the Pods in your atelier.
